Experimental Film Photography - Online.

What if we allow ourselves to let go of the idea of a perfect image? What can we discover if we go deeper within? How can we connect with our creative essence to produce images?

In this course you'll learn

  • More than 10 techniques that will serve as an initial stepping stone to open yourself to new possibilities.
  • How to connect with your creative side, dare to play, and explore new worlds through photography.
  • To develop your observation and experimentation skills to cultivate a reflexive and creative practice.
  • How to detach from the idea of the perfect image to break with traditional schemes.

A space to delve into the analog photography processes of manual intervention and experimentation. Within this social and cultural context where everything is fast, automatic, digital, and post-produced; finding possibilities of expression into our own subtle world of discovery, connection, and creation.

'Cristal de Haluro' is a kind of DIY with the purpose of returning to the artisanal materiality of creating images with our own hands.

No previous experience needed! Intended for all individuals who are using film photography as a medium of artistic expression and are interested in its experimental side. We will explore different techniques and analyze referents; the classes will be recorded and available up to 30 days after the course finishes - students will have theoretical material and continuous support (even after the course ends).
